I’m excited about giving a talk on culinary medicine in Boston at a Harvard GI conference next week, and I thought I would share some of the tools I’m going to encourage docs to prescribe for their patients…that you can access now!

Culinary medicine is all about blending the science of medicine with the art of cooking to create restaurant quality meals that help prevent and treat disease.  Culinary medicine is condition-specific: the same diet/eating plan/foods do not work for everyone, but specific foods and meals can work for individuals to achieve personal medical goals.
